Maldad

A new Oaxacan Mezcal made for the truly devious. Translated to evil, Maldad brings a layer of shadowy darkness and seduction to the Mezcal landscape.

Our proposal uses hidden elements and meaning strategically to form a sense of mystery and danger. The two capital A’s within the word mark face each other, symbolizing devil horns. Similar treatment is given to the M logo mark. Another hidden detail includes the skull x fire mark. On one side a fire with logs to symbolize the smokey flavor of Mezcal, but when flipped the X takes on the bones of a skull.
